  • Smosh: Food Battle 2007 (2007) [Ian Hecox]: Fatally injured in a car crash as Ian is trying to use a donut as a steering wheel, as Anthony Padilla looks on. (Played for comic effect.)
  • Smosh: Anthony's Resurrection (2009) [Ian Hecox]: After going back in time to prevent Anthony Padilla's 'embarrassing video' being distributed, 'past Ian' is killed in an explosion after unknowingly walking into a minefield, causing 'future Ian' to cease to exist. (Played for comic effect.)
  • Annoying Orange: Exploding Orange (2010) [Banana 2]: Eaten (off-screen), along with Anthony Padilla, by a gorilla.
  • Smosh: Food Battle 2010 (2010) [Ian Hecox]: Electrocuted after stepping into a bucket of water that Ian had placed a hairdryer in during an earlier challenge. He dies after talking to Anthony Padilla. (Played for comic effect.)

  • Smosh: Top 10 Video Game Dances (2014) [Ian Hecox]: In the "Taking It Too Far Dance" segment, Ian dies of a heart attack as a result of constant dancing/gloating to Brittni Barger. (Played for comic effect.)
  • Smosh: The New Ant Man (2015) [Ian Hecox]: After being miniaturised using "ant magic", he is crushed by a pastry snack after accidentally knocking it off balance. (Played for comic effect.)
  • Smosh: Drake-A-Wish (2016) [Grandpa/Injured Cyclist/Various]: "Grandpa" dies (off-screen) after unknowingly poisoning himself by drinking bleach in an attempt to gain whiter teeth, at some point before his appearance. The deaths surrounding his death are revealed when Keith Leak raps at the funeral home. "Injured Cyclist" is presumably beaten to death with a guitar by "Drake Bell" (Anthony Padilla) after telling him he never watched his TV show. (All of Ian's other characters survive the video.)
