- Vile (2011) [Julian]: Dies of blood loss and complications to the brain after he removes the gadget from his neck which was also attached to his head.
- Wind River (2017) [Evan]: Shot numerous times in the chest and legs by the security team and then shot in the head by Matthew Del Negro.
Television Deaths[]
- Prison Break: Cowboys and Indians (2009) [Agent Darrin Hooks]: Stabbed in the stomach by Michael Rapaport during a fight.
- CSI: Miami: Manhunt (2010) [Doug]: Drowned when Robert LaSardo ties Ian to his boat’s anchor and drops it overboard, as Michele Nordin looks on in horror from the closet in her cabin. His body is shown again afterwards as the police pull it out of the water.
- Teen Wolf: Code Breaker (2011) [Peter Hale]: Throat slashed by Tyler Hoechlin's claws allowing him to steal his status as Alpha. However in the next season’s episode, Party Guessed, Ian is eventually resurrected by Holland Roden with Wolfsbane after manipulating her in a trance months later, his body buried beneath the floorboards of the Hale House ruins.
- Teen Wolf: Radio Silence (2016) [Peter Hale]: In a flashack, it was revealed that he was captured by the Ghost Riders and erased from existence.
- Teen Wolf: Blitzkrieg (2017) [Peter Hale]: Erased from existence by Pete Ploszek while he managed to distract him long enough to allow both his daughter (Shelley Hennig) and Tyler Posey to escape.
- Superman & Lois: Bizarros in a Bizarro World (2022) [Lieutenant General Mitch Anderson/Bizarro Mitch Anderson]: Playing a dual role as the real world counterpart Mitch Anderson and the Bizarro world counterpart Mitch Anderson, Bizarro Anderson is burned to death by Jordan Elsass’ fire breath powers under Rya Kihlstedt’s orders when the Bizarro counterpart tried to merge with the real world counterpart. The real Anderson is killed in battle by Jordan when he punches and punctures his heart with his super strength and dies from internal bleeding while Tyler Hoechlin, Elizabeth Tulloch, Dylan Walsh and Alex Garfin all look on in shock.
