- Patriot Games (1992) [Geoffrey Watkins]: Accidentally shot to death by Sean Bean in Harrison Ford's basement when Sean and his men are looking for James Fox. (As Harrison and others had him tied and gagged, figuring out he was the 'mole'). His body is shown afterwards.

- Jack the Ripper (1988; mini-series) [Sir Charles Warren]: Dies (off-screen) of pneumonia, brought on by a bout of influenza on January 21st, 1927 (the mini-series inaccurately states he died on January 26th, 1927).
