Arlington Road (1999) [Brooke Wolfe]: Killed in a car crash (off-screen) when Joan Cusack runs her off the road to make Hope's death look like an accident. We learn of her death afterwards when Jeff Bridges sees a TV news report about it. (Thanks to James and Xavier)
Genova (A Summer in Genoa) (2008) [Marianne]: Killed in a car accident when her daughter (Perla Haney-Jardine) playfully covers Hope's eyes while Hope is driving. (Thanks to Nilescu and Xavier)
Captain America: Civil War(2016) [Maria Stark]: Strangled by a brainwashed Sebastian Stan, after he forces her and John Slattery's car off the road and into a tree; this is shown in the security footage Daniel Brühl shows her and John's son (Robert Downey Jr.), Sebastian, and Chris Evans.
Greenland (2020) [Judy Vento]: May have died off-screen, along with David Denman, when the rest of Clarke impacts Earth. She is last seen being arrested by the military for being an accomplice to David kidnapping Roger Dale Floyd. Although neither she, nor David, are seen afterwards, it is not likely that they survived the apocalyptic impact. She may have even been executed by the military, as there was allegedly a scene scripted where David and Hope are both lined up and shot to death for their actions.

Wayward Pines: Cycle (2015) [Megan Fisher]: Killed (off-screen) by the aberrations when they break into the bunker where she had stayed behind to wait for other survivors; the scene ends as the aberrations break in.
