- CSI Miami: Addiction (2004) [Kay Coleman]: Shot in the head by her brother-in-law (Dan Cortese) for being a compulsive gambler who uses the money of his brothers (Robert Knepper and Matthew Marsden) to play in the casino.
- Moonlight: B.C. (2007) [Lola]: Playing a vampire, she is thrown into a vat of silver solution by Alex O'Loughlin; Alex then burns down the warehouse with her inside. (Thanks to Eric, Cody and Stephen)
- Shark: Every Breath You Take (2007) [Christina Shaw]: Hits her head after being knocked down by Mark Totty, who then stabs her repeatedly (off-screen) in order to frame Sam Witwer. (It's unclear whether it was the head injury or the stabbing that killed her.) Her body is shown after when Jeri Ryan arrives at the crime scene. (Thanks to Eric and Cody)
