- The Edge of Night (1978 - 1979; episodes unknown) [Denise Cavanaugh]: Injected with an overdose of painkillers by Wyman Pendleton.
- Mr. Mercedes: Jibber-Jibber Chicken Dinner (2017) [Ida Silver]: Throat slit off-screen by Harry Treadaway. Her bloody body is shown when she is discovered by a horrified Brendan Gleeson. This is then shown to be a nightmare Brendan is having; Holland survives the episode in reality.
