- Ichi the Killer (Koroshiya 1) (2001) [Takeshi]: Seemingly decpaitated (off-screen) by Nao Ômori on a rooftop; his body is shown afterwards when Tadanobu Asano looks up and sees it, but this whole sequence turns out to be Tadanobu’s hallucination. Hiroshi survives the movie in reality.
