- The Bad Seed (1956) [Leroy]: Burned to death (off-screen) when Patty McCormack sets fire to the mattress in his room. (See also David Carradine in the 1985 remake)
- 3:10 To Yuma (1957) [Alex Potter]: Shot in the back by Richard Jaeckel. Still alive, he is dragged into the hotel by 2 others and hung from the chandelier: we see his swinging shadow. (Thanks to Brian)
- Arachnophobia (1990) [Dr. Sam Metcalf]: Dies from a spider bite. (Thanks to Michael)
TV Deaths[]
- Kraft Suspense Theatre: The Jack Is High (1964) [Prof. Raymond Shipley]: Along with William Bramley, dies from a combination of drowning in gasoline and getting cut by the loose metal sheets in the tank of the truck where they were hiding. The fatal injuries happen when Larry Storch drives the truck over tires laid out in the road by police. A combination of gasoline and blood gush out of the tank when its door opens.
- Gunsmoke: Stranger In Town (1967) [Harvey Cagle]: Shot in the back by Pernell Roberts , the professional gun he had hired to kill R.G. Armstrong . (Thanks to Brian)
- Night Gallery: You Can't Get Help Like That Anymore (1972) [Malcolm Hample]: Killed (off-screen) by the robots when they take over the factory; his body is shown on display in the factory when the Severn Darden robot walks past it.
- Murder, She Wrote: Mr. Penroy's Vacation (1988) [Morris Penroy]: Dies of a heart attack after arguing with Joan Leslie and Teresa Wright. His body is shown when Joan and Teresa bury him in their backyard, and his death is shown in a flashback later on.
