- The Saint (1997) [Dr. Lev Botvin]: Although Henry survives the final film, an alternate ending has him being shot once in the chest, and then once in the head (off-screen) by Rade Serbedzija, who Henry mistakes for Val Kilmer with his glasses off.
- Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015) [Dr. List]: Shot with a repulsor ray by Robert Downey Jr., while Henry was attempting to shut down the computer systems, following Thomas Kretschmann's orders.
- Woman in Gold (2015) [Ferdinand Bloch-Bauer]: Dies (off-screen) in 1945, in the time between Helen Mirren's flashbacks and the present day story.
