Hellraiser: Hellworld (2005) [Mike]: Impaled on a hook by The Cenobites.
Tristan + Isolde (2006) [Melot]: Stabbed to death with a sword by Mark Strong.
Immortals (2011) [Theseus]: Stabbed repeatedly during a fight with Mickey Rourke; he manages to kill Mickey in turn and as he dies, he is taken up to Olympus (so it's debatable whether he actually dies or becomes immortal). (Mythological inaccurate: Theseus was thrown from a cliff by Lycomedes.)
Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016) [Superman/Clark Kent]: Impaled through the chest with Robin Atkin Downes' spiked hand, immediately after impaling Robin in the heart with a Kryptonite spear. Henry comes back to life in Justice League / Zack Snyder's Justice League as the Justice League revive him using a combination of the Kryptonian regeneration chamber and energy from the Motherbox.
Mission: Impossible - Fallout (2018) [August Walker]: Hit on the forehead by a falling hook attached to a helicopter when Tom Cruise pulls the cable loose as he and Henry are climbing up a cliff as they fight over a nuclear detonator; Henry's body hits the cliff face as he falls before landing in the blast of the exploding helicopter.
Zack Snyder's Justice League (2021) [Superman/Clark Kent]: Vaporized as a result of Ray Porter's destructive devices merging together; his death is undone when Ezra Miller uses his powers to reverse time.

Midsomer Murders: The Green Man (2003) [Simon Mayfield]: Lured into a bear trap and then shot in the head with a .22 rifle by Marc Buchner.
The Tudors: Death of a Monarchy (2010) [Charles Brandon]: Dies of old age or unspecified reasons (off-screen). His body is seen laying on his bed after his death.
