- 12:01 (1993 TV) [Lisa Fredericks]: Shot in the chest by a couple of hitmen in a drive-by shooting outside the research facility, while Jonathan Silverman looks on in horror. When the day begins repeating itself, her murder is also repeated when Jonathan is unable to prevent it (though he succeeds in preventing it in subsequent "cycles"). In a later cycle, she is shot in the stomach by Martin Landau, just before Martin shoots Jonathan. She survives the movie after the time-loop is finally broken. (Thanks to Anonymous)
- Supergirl: Alex in Wonderland (2020) [Eliza Danvers]: Shattered after being frozen by Chyler Leigh's ice breath (This version of Helen is an NPC within a virtual reality world so Helen survives the episode in reality.)
