Interview with the Vampire (1994) [2nd Whore]: Blood drained by Tom Cruise before he also kills Indra Ové; her body is later shown lying on the couch.
Uncovered (1994) [Lola]: Strangled with a rope by John Wood; the murder is shown from a distance when Kate Beckinsale and Paudge Behan witness it through the window, and her body is shown afterwards when they run inside.

Anna Karenina (2000) [Anna Karenina]: Commits suicide by stepping in front of a train pulling into the station. (Thanks to Brian)
Charles II: The Power and the Passion (2003) [Barbara Villiers, Countess of Castlemaine]: Dies off-screen described in the epilogue of the final episode.
Messiah: The Harrowing (2005) [Dr. Rachel Price]: Confesses to several murders and then deliberately falls backward off a roof before Ken Stott has a chance to stop her.
Doctor Who: The Vampires of Venice (2010) [Rosanna Calvierri]: Playing a fish-like alien in human form, she is eaten alive by her alien children, after she suicidality walks into the Venice canal, before Matt Smith has a chance to stop her.
Penny Dreadful: And They Were Enemies (2015) [Evelyn Poole]: Throat torn out by Josh Hartnett in his werewolf form.
Peaky Blinders 6.1: Black Day (2022) [Polly Gray]: Shot to death off-screen by the IRA inbetween seasons. Her body is delivered in a body bag to her nephew Cillian Murphy along with the bodies of Aidan Gillen and Cosmo Jarvis. Their bodies are later burned on a funeral pyre. (Helen's death here was written in, due to her real-life death the previous year).
