- Tobruk (1967) [Cheryl Portman]: Having already been shot and wounded as a German spy, she is getting medical attention but when the medic returns to her room she is found dead on the floor. George Peppard examines her and says she has been killed by a cyanide capsule. In the film's finale we discover her murderer was Guy Stockwell. (Thanks to Brian)
