- Deadly Whispers (1995; TV movie) [Kathy Acton]: Shot to death by her father (Tony Danza), while Tony was possessed from a vision of his abused childhood of killing his father (Sal Landi); her body is then found naked by a fisherman and the death was shown in a flashback.
- The Bold and the Beautiful (December 2016) [Katie Logan]: Bludgeoned to death with a candlestick by Rena Sofer (This, however, turns out to be a fantasy in Rena's mind so Heather survives the episode.)
