The Eye (2008) [Sickly Woman]: Dies (off-screen) under unspecified circumstances (though her dialogue hints at suicide), some time before her first appearance; she appears as a ghost to Jessica Alba in a cafe.

The Cabin in the Woods (2012) [Accountant]: Either killed by the monsters as they run amok in the facility, or killed (along with everybody else on Earth) when the Ancient Ones rise and destroy the world.

Pacific Rim (2013) [Lt. A. Kaidanovsky]: Killed an explosion (along with Robert Maillet) when an alien monster destroys the cockpit of their mecha.

Van Helsing: All Apologies (2019) [Michaela]: Decapitated by Jennifer Cheon with a katana (as revenge for turning her and her sisters into vampires) after her torn heart is stabbed by Nicole Muñoz.
Van Helsing: Lumina Intunecata (2021) [Michaela]: Decapitated (off-screen) by Kim Coates with a sword [as revenge for the death of his wife Tricia Helfer (Olivia Von Dracula)] after being stabbed several times in the abdomen by gladiators on his orders; but she is later resurrected by Tricia (Dracula/Dark One).

Dead Rising 2 (2010) [Amber Bailey]: Either killed by the player character (Peter Flemming) at the end of a fight or commits suicide by stabbing herself after Peter kills her twin sister (Laara Gilchrist); the nature of her death depends on whether the player kills her or Laara.

Dead Rising 2: Off the Record (2010) [Amber Bailey]: Either killed by the player character (Terence J. Rotolo) at the end of a fight or commits suicide by stabbing herself after Peter kills her twin sister (Laara Gilchrist); the nature of her death depends on whether the player kills her or Laara.
