- Body of Proof: Pilot (2011) [Angela Swanson]: Poisoned by Kate Jennings Grant, while jogging along a river. When she starts agonizing from the poison she drank unsuspectingly, she falls into the river. In the falling, she also violently hits her head into a piece of debris in the water, which gives her a massive cranial hemorrhage. Her body is shown at the crime scene, after being fished out of the water by the coroners, and then, for several times in the morgue, throughout the episode.
