Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi (1983) (2004 DVD edition only) [Anakin Skywalker]: In the 2004 US DVD release, Hayden was digitally inserted into the 1983 film to appear as both the unmasked Vader and the spirit of Anakin Skywalker, replacing Sebastian Shaw from the original film.
Awake (2007) [Clay Beresford]: Temporarily clinically dead, he appears as a spirit outside his body during his heart surgery, when Terrence Howard deliberately botches the operation. He is brought back to life when another surgeon takes over and transplants Lena Olin's heart into his body.
Takers (2010) [A.J.]: Shot in the chest by Gideon Emery during a shoot out in a hotel room. His body is later seen when Idris Elba and the other surviving takers gather around him to pay their last respects.
