- The Monkees: Monkees a la Carte (1966) [Fuselli]: Shot in the chest by the mortally-wounded Paul "Mousie" Garner at the end of the big shoot-out between all the gangsters, while Micky Dolenz is talking to Harvey. (Played for comic effect.)
- Night Gallery: The Dear Departed (1971) [Joe]: Accidentally hit by a car (off-screen) outside a restaurant. We learn of his death afterwards when a police officer comes in and informs Steve Lawrence and Maureen Arthur of the accident. Harvey later returns as a ghost when Steve's fraudulent seance turns real.
