- Memento (2000) [Mrs. Jankis]: Dies (off-screen) after going into a coma from an insulin overdose, after she gets Stephen Tobolowsky to give her repeated injections in an attempt to force him to remember what he’s doing. However, Joe Pantoliano later tells Guy Pearce that Harriet’s character never actually existed, and that Guy was projecting the fate of his own wife (Jorja Fox) into Stephen’s history. (Between Guy’s memory condition and Joe’s untrustworthy nature, it’s ambiguous as to what the actual truth is).
- Her Last Will (Beneficiary) (2016) [Dina Cotton]: Poisoned to death by her son (Patrick Fischler); she dies as Rya Kihlstedt kneels by her after coming to her aid.
- Werewolf by Night (2022) [Verussa Bloodstone]: Burned alive by a monster she kept imprisoned in a maze.

- The X-Files: Eve (1993) [Dr. Sally Kendrick/Eve 6/Eve 8]: Poisoned to death.
- Ghost Whisperer: A Grave Matter (2006) [Marilyn Mandeville]: Dies of a heart attack before the episode begins. She appears as a ghost to Jennifer Love Hewitt until she disappears into "the light" near the episode's end.
