- The House on Sorority Row (1982) [Diane]: Stabbed repeatedly with a cane by Charles Serio, when he thrusts it through the sunroof of her van. Her body, along with the bodies of Ellen Dorsher and Jodi Draigie, is shown afterwards floating in the swimming pool when Kate McNeil discovers them, and again later on when Kate has hallucinations.
- I Spit on Your Grave III: Vengeance is Mine (2015) [Therapist]: Stabbed to death by Sarah Butler; it's left ambiguous whether or not this was one of Sarah's fantasies however, as Harley's body cannot be seen as Sarah walks away.
TV Deaths[]
- Santa Barbara: Episode 497 (June 1986) [Mary Duvall McCormick]: Crushed to death when a letter from a hotel sign falls on her. (She reappeared as an angel to Lane Davies in 1989.) (Thanks to Johan)
- Titanic (1996 TV) [Bess Allison]: Drowns or freezes to death (off-screen), along with Kevin Conway and Devon Hoholuk, during the sinking of the Titanic, after searching for her infant son (who, unbeknownst to them, had already been placed on a lifeboat). (Thanks to PortsGuy)
