- The Pale Blue Eye (2022) [Mattie Landor]: Commits suicide by falling backwards off a cliff into freezing cold waters, while her father (Christian Bale) looks on in horror. Due to her trauma from the sexual assault Hadley experienced at the hands of Steven Maier, Fred Hechinger and Joey Brooks. For the majority of the film, we are led to believe that Hadley just moved away, with her death only revealed in the conclusion.
