Film Deaths[]

The Invincible Iron-Man (2007; animated) [Li Mei]: Sacrifices herself to destroy the Mandarin (Fred Tatasciore), she dies while thanking Iron-Man (Marc Worden), and giving him a kiss.
Dead Space: Aftermath (2011; animated) [Isabel Cho]: Presumably dies of unspecified circumstances later in the film. We last see her getting lobotomized after refusing The Overseer's (H. Richard Greene) offer to work for his corporation and threatening to expose them for being behind the events of what took place in the film. (Note: Her fate is left unknown, but it's safe to say that it's possible she might have died from her lobotomy at some point in time or even old age).

Star Wars: The Clone Wars: Padawan Lost (2011; animated) [Kalifa]: Shot and murder by Garnac (Zack Hanks), she dies while talking to Ahsoka Tano (Ashley Eckstein). She was later avenged by Ahsoka in Wookiee Hunt.
Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Anatawa Hitorijana (2020; animated) [Hamato Karai]: Fatally stabbed in the chest, she is found dying by April O'Neil (Kat Graham), her spirit later appears in the last episodes of the series.
Star Wars: The Bad Batch: Replacements (2021; animated) [Fighter #2/Nala Se]: "Fighter #2" is shot by Crosshairs (Dee Bradley Baker). "Nala Se" survives the series.

God of War (2005) [Lysandra/Town Square Woman]: "Lysandra" is killed by her husband (Terrence 'T.C.' Carson), alongside her daughter (Debi Derryberry), several years before the events of the game; an illusion of her is also killed by Steven Jay Blum using the Blades of Chaos; "Town Square Woman" falls to her death from a balcony while backing away from Terrence in fear.
Mass Effect (2007) [Sha'ira/Shiala]: Depending on the player's choice, "Shiala" can be shot in the head by Mark Meer/Jennifer Hale; she survives the game if the player chooses to spare her; several clones "Shiala" can be shot to death during gameplay by Mark/Jennifer; "Sha'ira" survives the game.
Syphon Filter: Logan's Shadow (2007) [Leung Cha Qiao/Trinidad]: Shot to death by James Arnold Taylor.
Mass Effect 2 (2010) [Shiala/Captain Wasea]: "Wasea" is shot to death by Mark Meer/Jennifer Hale or one of their squadmates; "Shiala" survives the game.
Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City (2012) [Four-Eyes]: Killed by the player character if she opposes the player during the final mission of the game. She survives the game if she is the character controlled by the player or takes the player's side. (In multiplayer, she is killed if her player is defeated in the final mission and survives if her player succeeds.)
