Trouble Bound (1993) [Irwin]: I believe he is shot by mobsters (It’s been a while since I last saw this).
Mind Ripper (1995) [Rob]: Impaled through the head/eye by Dan Blom’s spiked tongue. His body is later seen when Claire Stansfield discovers him.
The Rock (1996) [Captain Frye]: Infected when Nicolas Cage sticks a VX (nerve agent) globe into his mouth before hitting him in the jaw, shattering it.
Clay Pigeons (1998) [Earl]: Commits suicide as Joaquin Phoenix looks on in shock (It’s been a while since I last saw this).
I Woke Up Early The Day I Died (1998) [Loan Manager]: Shot to death by Billy Zane (played for black comic effect).
The Crazies (2010) [Travis Quinn]: Presumably killed when a nuclear device is detonated in the community to destroy the remaining infected (I’m not sure for certain but I recall only Timothy Olyphant and Radha Mitchell survive).

True Blood: Evil is Going On (2010) [Calvin Norris] Shot in the head by James Harvey Ward.
Agent Carter: The Blitzkrieg Button (2015) [Otto Mink]: Neck snapped by Bridget Regan, when she had caught Gregory attempting to break into Hayley Atwell's bedroom and decides that she wants to steal his automatic pistol. Bridget kicks off the walls and wraps her legs around Gregory's neck, and twists his head around, killing him. His body is later seen hidden under Bridget's bed while she tests his automatic pistol.
