- Place of Execution (2008) [Philip Hawkin]: We see him judicially hung in 1964 for the rape and murder of his stepdaughter, whose body was not found. Forty-four years later photographic evidence emerges that he was a bisexual paedophiliac serial rapist. His missing stepdaughter also turns up. (Thanks to Brian)
