Day of the Dead (1985) [Private Johnson]: Accidentally shot to death by Phillip G. Kellams, when Phillip's throat is torn out by a zombie, causing him to fire wildly.
From Dusk Till Dawn (1996) [Sex Machine's Buddy]: Killed by the vampires during the big massacre in the bar.
Land of the Dead (2005) [Bridgekeeper Zombie]: Plays a zombie, having died some time before he first appears.
The Hills Have Eyes (2006) [Cyst]: Hit in the face with an axe (having been hit in the back) by Aaron Stanford, who then stabs him in the eye with a spiked point in the desert, as Greg hears Aaron killing Michael Bailey Smith (Greg was wearing heavy deformed makeup for this role).
Diary of the Dead (2007) [Zombie Surgeon]: Dies of the zombie virus, shortly before his first appearance; he appears as a zombie in the hospital, and dies once again when Scott Wentworth shoots him in the head
Inglourious Basterds (2009) [Gestapo Major]: Suffocated by Til Schweiger who puts his fist down Greg's throat.
The Grey (2011) [Duke Chavis]: The next day Ottway looks at the crash site and Ottway hears Chavis calling out for help while stuck & pinned under his seat & his leg, Ottway finds a body who has been cut in half, & Chavis looks at the body & Ottway faces Chavis before he leave him before he dies

The Walking Dead: Tell It to the Frogs (2010) [Walker Eating Deer]: Shot in the eye with an arrow by Norman Reedus after being decapitated with an axe by Jeffrey DeMunn.
The Walking Dead: Vatos (2010) [Amy's Walker]: Beaten to death with a baseball bat by Andrew Rothenberg.
The Walking Dead: The Suicide King (2013) [Walker In Woodberry]: Shot in the head by Laurie Holden.
