- Neon Genesis Evangelion: The Last Cometh (1998; anime) [Kaworu Nagisa]: Crushed inside EVA Unit 01's right hand after imploring a reluctant Shinji (Spike Spencer) to kill him in order to prevent the Third Impact. - Chrono Crusade: Chrono (2005; anime) [Chrono]: Mortally wounded from his final fight with Aion (Andy McAvin) after defeating him, he dies alongside Rosette (Hilary Haag), having opted to spend his dying moments with her. Their corpses were found by Azmaria (Jessica Boone), Sister Anna (Brittney Karbowski), Sister Claire (Sasha Paysinger) and Sister Mary (Michelle Mausby).
- Gantz: Please Live! (2006; anime) [Hajime Murouto]: Killed by Kei Kurono (Chris Ayres) with the Y-Gun, disintegrating him into atoms.
- Dragon Ball Z Kai: First Up for the Ginyu Force! Guldo's Time Freeze (2010; anime) [Guldo]: Decapitated by Vegeta (Christopher Sabat) with a finger beam when he tries to kill Krillin (Sonny Strait), then, after a short argument, gets blasted to death by Vegeta when he destroys his head.
- Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood: Revving at Full Throttle (2011; anime) [Bido]: Impaled through the chest by Greed (Troy Baker).
- Dragon Ball Super: Frieza and Frost! A Mutual Malevolence? (2019; anime) [Frost]: Erased by the Zenos (Sarah Wiedenheft) when he tries to attack Frieza (Chris Ayres) from the spectator stands, to the horror of Champa (Jason Liebrecht).
