Ghost in the Shell Stand Alone Complex 2nd GIG: IN: To Those Without Even A Name - Selecon (2006; anime) [Mikari Hisashi]: Decapitated along with several members of the Individual Eleven in a murder-suicide while Hideo Kuze (Kirk Thornton) escapes.
Bleach: The Shinigami's Work (2006; anime) [Hexapodus]: Impaled through the head by Ichigo (Johnny Yong Bosch), dissipating into particles upon death.
Fate/stay Night: All Too Distant Utopia (2007; anime) [Gilgamesh]: Slashed across the chest with Excalibur by Saber (Kate Higgins); his body dissipates into magic particles upon death.
K: Knock-on Effect (2013; anime) [Sōta Mishina/Rikio Kamamoto/Ichigen Miwa/Daiki Fuse/Akira Hidaka]: Ichigen died several years before the events of the episode, only appearing in Kuroh's (Matthew Mercer) flashbacks; all his other characters survive the episode.
Fate/Zero: The Terminus of Honor (2013; anime) [Lancer]: Commits suicide by impaling himself in the chest with Gáe Dearg due to Kayneth (Doug Erholtz) being coerced by Kiritsugu (Matthew Mercer) to use his last command seal on Lancer, turning to ash as he dies. As he dies, he curses at the Holy Grail and everyone involved.
Sword Art Online II: The World of Guns (2015; anime) [Shigemura Tamotsu/XeXeed]: Killed by Shouichi Shinkawa (Ben Diskin) when he gets injected with succinylcholine at the same time Kyouji Shinkawa (Johnny Yong Bosch) used Sterben to shoot XeXeed.
Kuromukuro: Dancing on the Bank of the River Jinzu (2016; anime) [Hedo]: After his Yellow Crab mech suffers severe damage from the Kuromukuro, piloted by Kennosuke (Bryce Papenbrook) and Yukina (Cherami Leigh), he disembarks and blows himself up by activating the Yellow Crab's self-destruct device in a failed bid to destroy the Kuromukuro.
Mobile Suit Gundam Iron-Blooded Orphans: Their Place (2018; anime) [Iok Kujan]: Crushed to death inside his own EB-06 Graze mobile suit by the Gundam Gusion Rebrake Full City, piloted by the dying Akihiro Altland (Doug Erholtz).
Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War: March of the StarCross (2022; anime) [Izuru Kira]: Killed after having a hole blasted in his side by Bazz-B (Xander Mobus).

Video Games[]

From Russia with Love (2005) [Russian Henchmen]: Providing the voices of Russian soldiers they're all presumably killed by James Bond (Sean Connery) at various points of the game.
Persona 3 (2006) [Shinjiro Aragaki/Jin Shirato]: Playing a dual role, For the former, he was shot in the bullet by Takaya Sakaki (Derek Stephen Prince) after trying to protect Ken Amada (???, Later Cindy Robinson), and then he dies from his wounds. He can survive his fate in Persona 3 Portable(2010). For the latter, Jin commits suicide by pulling a grenade pin after being encountered by many shadows.
Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc (2010) [Leon Kuwata]: Dragged by his neck with a chain until he is strapped to a pole, where he is then repeatedly pelted by baseballs fired out of a pitcher machine at high speeds as punishment for murdering Dorothy Elias-Fahn.
