- L.A. Confidential (1997) [Det. Sgt. Richard Alex 'Dick' Stensland]: Shot to death (off-screen), along with several other people, by a crew of corrupt police in a diner. His body is shown afterwards when Russell Crowe discovers all the bodies, and again in the morgue.

- Battlestar Galactica: Black Market (2006) [Commander Jack Fisk]: Garroted by an assassin in Graham's headquarters.
- Monk: Mr. Monk, Private Eye (2006) [Capt. Bill Gibbard]: Drowned when Frederick Weller dumps him off his boat (off-screen), after Frederick first knocks him unconscious. His body is seen floating near a dock when Traylor Howard discovers it.
