- Star Trek: Charlie X (1966) [Yeoman Janice Rand]: Possibly ceases to exist when Robert Walker Jr. wishes her away after she slaps him; she is brought back to life when the alien Thalosians undo all of Robert's actions (it's unclear whether this actually counts as a death scene, but I'll list it anyway).
