- Battle Royale (Batoru Rowaiaru) (2000) [Tatsumichi Ôki, Boy #3]: Accidentally hit on the head with his own axe when he falls on it after rolling down the hill with Tatsuya Fujiwara at the end of a struggle, while Aki Maeda and Hitomi Hyuga look on in shock. His death is shown again twice after in each of Tatsuya's and Hitomi's flashbacks.
