- The Halfway House (1944) [Gwyneth]: She appears perfectly human but we realise she is a ghost when Guy Middleton notices she has no shadow when walking across the sun-drenched lawn. Her earlier death, along with Mervyn Johns, is revealed when the house is bombed by the Luftwaffe. (Thanks to Brian)
- All Mine to Give (The Day They Gave Babies Away) (1957) [Mamie Eunson]: Dies of typhoid with all her children by her bedside.
- Shake Hands with the Devil (1959) [Kitty Brady]: Shot twice in the chest by James Cagney on the docks, after he mistakenly assumes she's betrayed them to the English soldiers. (Thanks to Big O)
