- The Kiss Before the Mirror (1933) [Lucy Bernsdorf]: Shot in the back by Paul Lukas after he discovers her affair with Walter Pidgeon; we only see Paul firing at her from outside the bedroom window.
- Batman & Robin (1997) [Margaret 'Peg]: Dies (off-screen) in a car accident five years before the events of this film. Her death is only mentioned by her daughter (Alicia Silverstone). (Note: only an old photograph was just to represent Gloria's character).
- Titanic (1997) [Old Rose DeWitt Bukater Dawson Calvert]: Dies of old age and natural causes in her sleep. The scene fades from a shot of Gloria's face to a scene of her younger self (Kate Winslet) being reunited with Leonardo DiCaprio and the other Titanic victims. It’s not confirmed.
