  • The Mad Monster (1942) [Petro]: Burned to death after George Zucco's house catches fire while Glenn is rampaging through it in his wolf-man form. We see Glenn standing in the burning building, followed by an exterior shot of the house as Anne Nagel and Johnny Downs escape.
  • Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein (1948) [The Frankenstein Monster]:
  • Red River (1948) [Naylor]: Shot to death, along with two other cowboys in a gunfight with John Wayne.
  • Comanche Territory (1950) [Big Joe]: Killed by an arrow in the chest fired by Rick Vallin when the land raiders attack the Comanche village. (Thanks to Brian)
  • Last Train From Gun Hill (1959) [Bouncer]: Shot down by Marshal Kirk Douglas when he draws his gun and tries to stop Kirk leaving the saloon with his prisoner, Earl Holliman. (Thanks to Brian)

TV Deaths Edit

  • Tales of Wells Fargo: The Hijackers (1957) [Tom] Shot by Dale Robertson in a gunfight.

Note: as with the Frankenstein Monster, he appears to die or get defeated (in all three films). but the film makers never intended it to be an actual "death".
