Suburbicon (2017) [Ira Sloan]: Burns to death after his car is hit by a firetruck and explodes, having been following Matt Damon who watches Glenn die.
Joker (2019) [Randall]: Stabbed in the neck and face with scissors by Joaquin Phoenix, who then bashes his head against a wall.
Clean (2021) [Michael]: Shot to death multiple times by Richie Merritt.

True Detective: Form and Void (2014) [Errol Childress] Shot in the back of the head by Matthew McConaughey right before Glenn can kill Woody Harrelson.
Hannibal: Digestivo (2015) [Dr. Cordell Doemling]: Presumably bleeds to death after Mads Mikkelsen surgically removes his face (offscreen), just before he can do the same to Hugh Dancy. His death is not discovered until Joe Anderson awakens from surgical anesthesia and discovers that he is wearing Glenn's face instead of Hugh's.
Barry: Chapter 8: Know Your Truth (2018) [Goran Pazer]: Shot in the head by Bill Hader.
Maniac: Furs By Sebastian (2018) [Sebastian]: Presumably killed along with Joseph Sikora in the climactic shootout with the police; his death is not mentioned, but given that he is last seen outnumbered and outgunned, his death is extremely likely.
Watchmen: This Extraordinary Being (2019) [Fred] Shot in the head by Jovan Adepo.

Manhunt (2003) [Smilies]: Providing the voice of enemy NPCs, he is killed in various ways by Stephen Wilfong.
Grand Theft Auto IV: The Ballad of Gay Tony (2009) [Timur]: Shot to death by Mario D'Leon after Glenn attempts to kill Mario at an amusement park.
