- Man on the Moon (1999) [Stanley Kaufman - Andy's Father]: Dies of unspecified circumstances during the passage of time.
- Mystery Men (1999) [Banyon]: Killed by Geoffrey Rush or his cohorts (presumably when Rush blows up the asylum Gerry works in).
