- Women and Bloody Terror (His Wife's Habit) (1969) [Terrance Bradford]: Killed in a car crash while being chased by Michael Anthony and Marcus J. Grapes.
- The A-Team (2010) [General Russell Morrison]: Killed in an explosion after Patrick Wilson calls in an airstrike in an attempt to kill Bradley Cooper, Sharlto Copley, Quinton "Rampage" Jackson, and Liam Neeson.

- Gunsmoke: Hard Labor (1975) [Pete Murphy]: Shot to death in a shoot-out with James Arness.
- Mannix: Edge of the Web (1975) [Prof. Jim Duncan]: Shot to death (off-screen) by Joshua Bryant, trying to make it look like suicide. His body is shown when the police investigate.
- Simon & Simon: Murder Between the Lines (1983) Burned to death along with Jameson Parker when Ray Walston blasted them with a flamethrower (the ending of the episode revealed that the entire caper was part of Jameson's dream).
- Jericho: Why We Fight (2007) [Johnston Green]: Mortally wounded in a shoot-out when the neighboring town of New Bern attacks the town of Jericho. He dies later in Brad Beyer's farmhouse with his sons (Skeet Ulrich and Kenneth Mitchell) at his side.
- Longmire: High Noon (2015) [Barlow Connally] Commits suicide by stabbing himself twice in the gut after being shot in the stomach by & dragged by Robert Taylor.
- Shooter: Red Light (2018) [Red Bama Sr.]: Shot in the face by Ryan Phillippe with a sniper rifle.
