Film Deaths[]
- Dogma (1999) [Cardinal Ignatius Glick]: Decapitated (off-screen) by Ben Affleck and Matt Damon during the massacre outside the cathedral. His body (a dummy, obviously) is shown afterwards when it falls out of the sky after the heroes arrive.
- Jersey Girl (2004) [Bart Trinke]: Throat slit by Ben Affleck in a play-within-the-film scene; he survives the film in reality.
- Bill & Ted Face the Music (2020) [Rufus]: Dies (off-screen) from unspecified causes prior to the events of the film, appearing only as a hologram recording, His death is revealed during a conversation between his wife (Holland Taylor) and daughter (Kristen Schaal). (George died in real life many years before the film was made; his appearance was created through the use of archive footage and the character is voiced by Piotr Michael. Due to the dual nature of the role, the death is listed on both pages.)
Television Deaths[]
- Thomas the Tank Engine & Friends: Donald and Douglas (1991) [Spiteful Brakevan / Various characters] Providing the voice of the Spiteful Brakevan, he is crushed to death by the engine, Douglas, while the latter is helping James the Red Engine up a hill. All George's other characters survive the episode. [Character is voiced by Ringo Starr in the original 1986 release of the episode.]
