- Goodbye, Mr. Chips (1969) [Lord Sutterwick]: Dies (off-screen) presumably of old age/natural causes, at some point during the passage of time between scenes. We learn of his death when his grandson meets Peter O'Toole.

- Up Pompeii: Secret Agents Jamus Bondus S2 E3 (1970) [Jamus Bondus] : a Roman spy, he is found dead with a knife in his back in the closet of Patricia Haines (Pussus Galoria), an enemy of Rome. Played for laughs. (Thanks to Brian)
