- Mannix: A Choice of Evils (1971) [Sam Thomas]: Shot in the chest by Mike Connors. He then dies in Gail Fisher's arms.
- Roots: The Next Generations (1979) [Tom Harvey]: Dies of natural causes. (Thanks to Robert)
- Police Squad!: Ring of Fear/ A Dangerous Assignment (1982) [Special Guest Star]: Crushed to death by a falling safe while walking down the sidewalk, during the opening credits in a scene that is completely unrelated to the rest of the episode. (Played for comic effect, of course)
- North and South, Book 1 (Episode 1.5) (1985) [Garrison Grady]: Shot by the U.S. Army. He dies in Kirstie Alley's arms.
