- Gideon's Way (Gideon C.I.D.: The Alibi Man (1965) [Jeff Grant]: Unintentionally killed by Jack Hedley, who hits him too hard on the head with a sports trophy after they fight in their office.
- Doctor Who: Doctor Who and the Silurians (1970) [Masters]: Falls victim to the Silurian virus.
- Doctor Who: The Mutants (1972) [Administrator]: Assassinated with a dart in the neck by Jonathan Sherwood on orders from Paul Whitsun-Jones.
- Doctor Who: Voyage of the Damned (2007) [Captain Hardaker]: Perishes in asteroid strike, when he deliberately turns off the shields and flies his ship into the path of the asteroids, having already shot Russell Tovey when Russell had attempted to stop him. In his final moments, he comments that he was already dying of an unnamed illness, and he had been offered money for his family if he did this.
