Film Death
- Beetlejuice (1988) [Barbara Maitland]: Accidentally drowned (along with Alec Baldwin) when their car goes off a bridge and into the river. Her body is not shown afterwards, but she is seen as a ghost throughout the rest of the movie.
- Thelma & Louise (1991) [Thelma Dickinson]: Commits suicide (along with Susan Sarandon) by driving their car into the Grand Canyon after being cornered by the police. The movie ends by fading out as the car falls into the canyon.
