Film Deaths[]
- Beetlejuice (1988) [Barbara Maitland]: Accidentally drowns (along with Alec Baldwin) when their car goes off a bridge and into the river. Their bodies are not shown afterwards, but they are seen as ghosts throughout the rest of the film. In Beetlejuice Beetlejuice (2024), Winona Ryder mentions that Geena and Alec found a loophole and had moved on to the Great Beyond.
- Thelma & Louise (1991) [Thelma Dickinson]: Commits suicide along with Susan Sarandon, by driving their car into the Grand Canyon after being cornered by the police. The movie ends by fading out as the car falls into the canyon.
- Blink Twice (2024) [Stacy]: Stabbed in the chest by Naomi Ackie, after Geena tries to kills her.
