Mobile Suit Gundam 8th MS Team: Duty and Ideals (2001; anime) [Arth]: Killed when a guerrilla fires a rocket at the cockpit of his Zaku, killing him instantly.

Star Ocean: Till the End of Time (2004) [The Inquisitor]: Killed by Fayt (Steve Staley), Cliff (Dave Wittenberg) and Nel (Wendee Lee) during the battle in the dungeon.
