- Bloodfist IV: Die Trying (1992) [Scarface]: Neck snapped at the end of a fight with Don Wilson.
- Mission of Justice (Jin san jiao qun ying hui) (1992) [Thug] Shot by Moon Lee in the opening scene.
- Firepower (1993) [Nick Sledge]: Decapitated with a sword by Jim Hellwig after a fight.
- Heatseeker (1995) [Xao]: Killed at the end of a martial arts fight with Keith Cooke in a battle to death tournament.
- Spoiler (1998) [Roger Mason]: Shot in the back by Jeffrey Combs's mens while Gary trying to escape in hospital after visting to Jean Speegle Howard toward the end of movie.
- Recoil (1998) [Det. Ray Morgan]: Ran off the road by a truck Along with his family (Kelli McCarty, Grady Hutt and Marina Malota Darling) by Billy Maddox, Vincent DePalma, Francis Fallon and an Uknown actor by order of Richard Foranjy in response to Gary killing his youngest son. However Gary survives and awakens from a Coma to be greeted by Gregory Mckinney to inform him of his family was killed.
- Submerged (2005) [Sharpe]: After being brainwashed by Nick Brimble, he is stabbed in the neck/throat at the end of a martial arts fight with Steven Seagal (with his body breifly seen as the sub he's on is blown up and sunk).
- La Linea - The Line (2009) [Martin]: Killed by Esai Morales or one of his cohorts.
- The Expendables (2010) [Lawrence "The Brit" Sparks]: Neck snapped when Jet Li kicks him in the head, at the end of a fight between Gary, Jet, and Jason Statham.
- Game of Death (2010) [Zander]: Neck snapped by Wesley Snipes at the end of a martial arts fight; his body is later seen when SWAT is discovering him lying on a roof top.
- Hunt to Kill (2010) [Jensen]: Impaled through the stomach with a tree branch at the end of a fight with Steve Austin.
- Tekken (2010) [Bryan Fury]: Neck snapped when Jon Foo kicks him in the head.
- Zero Tolerance (2015) [Sammy]: Dies of a heart attack after having jostled Dustin Nguyen in the airport.
- The Wrong Child (2016) [Charles]: Stabbed on a chest by Robbie Davidson; his body was later found by Vivica A. Fox with a scream of horror.
