- The Six Million Dollar Man: Doomsday, and Counting (1974) [Colonel Vasily Zuchov]: Killed by lasers.
- The Night They Took Miss Beautiful (1977; TV) [Paul Fabiani]: Commits suicide by deliberately steering his plane into the ocean, just as the screen fades to red. (I haven’t seen this but I read it on Jonathan Banks’ entry).
