Hell's Highway (2002) [Dr. Sullivan]: Shotgunned to death (off-camera) by Phoebe Dollar in his cloning lab. We see Phoebe force her way into the lab and take aim on him, then the camera cuts to Phoebe as she fires. When she fires a second time the lab explodes killing everyone present. Garrett's body is never shown.
