- Kojak: Night of the Piraeus (1975) [Elaine Kastos]: Shot to death (off-screen) by one of Robert Viharo on the orders of Norman Lloyd after Chuck Bergansky knocks her unconscious; the scene cuts away after he pulls out his gun. Her body is shown afterwards as Telly Savalas and the other police investigate. (Thanks to John)
