- Mood Indigo (L'Ecume des jours) (2013) [Chick]: Shot in the head by police in his apartment when they come to arrest him. (In the movie's surrealist style, the "bloodstain" forming underneath his head is represented by an unfolding black cloth.) His body is then washed out of the door when the apartment is flooded, winding up in front of the bookstore that Aissa Maiga had just set on fire. His body is shown again afterwards as the police carry him away.
