- Doctor Who: Pyramids of Mars pt.4 (1975) [Sutekh]: Trapped in a time vortex by Tom Baker causing him to aged to death. Although later episodes reveal that he survived, this was clearly intended to be a death scene when filmed.
- Doctor Who: The Satan Pit (2006) [The Beast]: Voicing a demon possessing Will Thorp, dies when Billie Piper ejects Will into space, causing him to be sucked into a black hole.
- Doctor Who: Empire of Death (2024) [Sutekh]: Voicing a CGI version of the character he previously played in 1975, he's dragged into the time vortex by Ncuti Gatwa before being cut free and hurled into the side of the vortex, causing him to burn up.
