- Man's Best Friend (1993) [Perry]: Presumably burns to death when Max (Frank Welker) pees acid on his face. We last see him getting lifted into an ambulance, but it's very likely his burns were fatal.
- Terror Tract (2000) [Louis Freeman]: Shot in the back by Carmine Giovinazzo while Fredric is trying to kill Rachel York; Fredric later comes back as a zombie.
TV Deaths
- Deadly Game (1991 TV) [Osiris]: Shot in the eye with a flare gun by Michael Beck.
- Murder, She Wrote: Track of a Soldier (1996) [Lloyd Nichols]: Stabbed in the back (off-screen) by James Victor. His body is shown afterwards when Brandon Douglas discovers him.
- Firefly: Heart of Gold (2003) [Ranse Burgess]: Shot to death by Tracy Ryan. (Thanks to Neil)
- Lost: Tabula Rasa (2004) [Marshal Edward Mars]: Suffocated (off-camera) by Matthew Fox as a mercy killing, after Fredric is mortally wounded by Josh Holloway. (Thanks to Neil and Dan)
- Bones: The Man with the Bone (2006) [Giles Hardewicke]: Neck crushed (off-screen) by Rodney Rowland.
- Supernatural: All Hell Breaks Loose - Part 2 (2007) [Azazel]: Shot in the heart by Jensen Ackles with a bullet from the Colt after the spirit of Jeffrey Dean Morgan grabs the demon from Fredric's body, causing him to drop the Colt and Jensen to retrieve it.
- American Horror Story: Asylum: Unholy Night (2012) [Frank]: Throat slit by Lily Rabe, as Ian McShane looks on with interest from his cell.
- Preacher: Pig (2017) [Saltonstall]: Pushed off a skyscraper balcony by Pip Torrens.
